Health and Safety Management Policy
For safe management, the company shall have health and safety as its core value. The company shall establish the Health and Safety Management Policy as follows and comply with them to become a disaster-free workplace:
- The company shall establish a Health and Safety Management System for the protection of workers’ lives and to have a safe working environment.
- The company shall have making the workplace 'Industrial-disaster-free' as the health and safety goal and try its best to have a safe working environment by encouraging all employees of the workplace to participate.
- The company shall comply with the regulations related to health and safety and shall enhance its health and safety management ability/activity via education/training.
- Based on the mutual respect between employees and management, the company guarantees workers’ active participation in health and safety activities via free communication.
- The company diligently executes the health and safety management system to achieve the policy and the goals by announcing the health and safety management policy to all executives and employees.
